Hello, I'm Mnuemonix - Once upon a time I was a soccer player and ran sprints for track. Then I graduated high school and stopped exercising, but didn't stop eating. Half Good Half Bad Tonight

Okay, so eventually I really must keep my promise and put up a more in depth post.

Anyways, tonight's results are as follows:

I did less than last workout, but went faster. I'm still standing strong at 2 miles, and where as the other day I did ALMOST 2 1/2 in about 24ish minutes, today I did 2 miles in about 20 minutes.

I think going down one of the hills in the park I let gravity set my pace, and I kept it...Kind of good, kind of bad...I'll have to level things out for Friday's end of the week work out.

Race day is officially 1 month from today.
